Abstract:
Cílem této práce je poskytnout právníkům bez znalostí této problematiky základní seznámení s právními aspekty elektronické kontraktace s důrazem na platnost takto uzavřených smluv. Podrobněji jsou v práci rozebrány standardizované elektronické modelové smlouvy, a to click-wrap, click-through a browse-wrap.
Abstract:
The purpose of this diploma thesis is introducing to legal aspects of electronic contracting with accent on validity of electronic contracts. There are described in more details standardised models of electronic contracting in this work. These standardised models are click-wrap, click-through and browse-wrap.
