Abstract:

ROWLAND, Noah. Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta na interním oddělení. Vysoká škola zdravotnická o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Dušan Sysel, PhD., MPH. Praha 2022. 60 stran. Bakalářská práce je pojmenovaná Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta na interním oddělení. Pandemická situace zapříčinila, že se vyskytují na odděleních pacienti, kteří by běžně s daným onemocněním leželi jinde. Pacientka byla vybrána pro perspektivu z hlediska ošetřovatelské péče. Teoretická část práce dává nahlédnout do surveillance onemocnění diabetes mellitus z historického hlediska a dále je onemocnění rozepisováno v obecné rovině, přidružené komplikace tohoto onemocnění a ošetřovatelské diagnózy mající souvislost s danou pacientkou. Praktická část popisuje geriatrického pacienta ležícího na interním oddělení, přijatého primárně pro dehydrataci a nesoběstačnost s komorbiditami, jako je diabetes mellitus 2. typu a syndromy diabetické nohy, bércové vředy, paradoxní malnutrice. Pro nepříznivý, dlouhodobě se zhoršující stav onemocnění se musely řešit i proleženiny a obezita. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku tohoto onemocnění obecně, jeho specifika a teoretická východiska. Praktická část obsahuje případovou studii pacientky, vypracování konkrétního ošetřovatelského procesu a stanovení doporučení pro praxi. Následuje závěr a přílohy.

Praha 2021. 60 pages. The bachelor's thesis is generally called Comprehensive Nursing Care of the Patient in the Internal Ward. The pandemic situation has led to patients in the wards who would normally be located elsewhere with their disease. My patient was selected for perspective from the point of view of nursing care. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an insight into the surveillance of diabetes mellitus from a historical point and than the disease is analyze in general, the associated complications of this disease and nursing diagnoses related to the patient. The practical part describes a geriatric patient hospitalized in the internal ward, admitted primarily for dehydration and selfless-sufficiency with comorbidities, such as diabetes mellitus type 2 and diabetic foot syndromes, ulcus curis, paradoxical malnutrition. Decubitus and obesity also had to be treated due to the unfavorable, deteriorating long-term bad condition. The aim of the bachelor thesis is, for the theoretical part, to describe the problems of this disease in general, its specifications and theoretical background. The practical part contains a case study of the patient, elaboration of a specific nursing process and determination of recommendations for practice. The conclusion and attachments follow at the end.
