Tato ateoretická případová studie si klade za cíl zhodnotit vývoj postoje Jihoafrické republiky vůči Mezinárodnímu trestnímu soudu v rozmezí let 1996-2016. Kromě vývoje postoje zkoumá důvody, které k jeho formulaci vedly. The goal of this atheoretical case study is to evaluate the development of the position of the Republic of South Africa towards the International Criminal Court. The examined period covers the years from 1996 to 2016. It also aims to examine the reasons causing the final form of the position.
