Práce je předkládána ve formě shrnutí dosavadních poznatků z průmyslových práv. Stěžejním tohoto se staly ochranné známky. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou uvedeny druhy ochranných známek, vzájemná závislost těchto vybraných průmyslových práv s předpisy, mezinárodní úprava,práva a ochrana majitele, která jsou s těmito právy spojena. Work is being submitted as a summary of existing knowledge of industrial law wiht main focus on trasemarks. Types of trademarks and their mutual dependance with laws, regulations and international regulations of relevant laws and owner protection are submitted in individual sections.
