Plants and their use in table settings.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl zpracovat ucelený přehled o historii a současnosti využití rostlin jakožto dekorací při prostírání stolů. Jsou představeny moderní požadavky, techniky a postupy při zakládání a obsluze stolů. Současně je též popsáno, jakými technikami a postupy jsou tvořena moderní aranžmá ve stolničení a čemu je třeba se při přípravě vyvarovat. V rámci bakalářské práce je zpracováno šest návrhů, z nichž tři byly převedeny do reality.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is providing an overview of both historical and contemporary use of plants in decorations and table settings. Modern requirements, techniques and procedures of table settings are introduced in this work. The thesis also covers techniques and procedures of modern arrangements and what should be avoided in them. There are six projects shown in the thesis, three of which were executed practically.
