Cílem práce by mělo být srovnání vztahů Ruské federace a zemí střední Evropy a identifikace aspektů, které nejvíc přispívají k odlišnostem ve formě a obsahu těchto bilaterálních vztahů. The aim of the dissertation thesis is to compare the political relations of the Russian Federation and four Visegrad countries and to identify various aspects which contribute most to the differences in the form, content and closeness of the relations.
