Formation and taxation of a permanent establishment in Slovakia
Abstract:
Tato práce poskytuje na základě platných legislativních norem České republiky a Slovenska přehled o možnostech vzniku a fungování stálé provozovny na území Slovenské republiky, o způsobech vedení účetnictví stálé provozovny, o plnění daňových povinností a o dopadu zřízení stálé provozovny na Slovensku pro český daňový subjekt.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis provides an overview regarding the possibilities of the formation and functioning of a permanent establishment in Slovakia based on the valid legislative norms in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the ways of bookkeeping of such an establishment, tax compliance and the impact of forming a permanent establishment in Slovakia on a Czech tax entity.
