Tato práce se zaměřuje na rozbor vybraných institutů občanského práva, majících vztah k sociální pedagogice a v souvislosti se sociální dynamikou popisuje a komparuje jejich vývoj v čase s podrobnějším zaměřením na současný stav právní úpravy.
