Kritische Faktoren in den interkulturellen Erstkontaktsituationen

Critical Factors in the First Intercultural Meetings
Abstract:
This thesis deals with critical factors of intercultural interactive situations which are first looked up in the gained video-sequences and after that analyzed by the means of LAC-raster. This analysis contains possible reasons for the occurrence of critical incidents and the consequences of the first social contact.

Diese Abschlussarbeit befasst sich mit den kritischen Faktoren interkultureller Interaktionssituationen, die in den bereitgestellten Videosequenzen ausgesucht und anschießend anhand des LAC-Rasters analysiert werden. Diese Analyse beinhaltet die Überlegungen über die voraussichtlichen Gründe der Critical-Incidents-Entstehung und über die Auswirkungen der Erstkontakte.
