History of Tišnov brewing industry in 19th and on the beginning of 20th century

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá historií pivovarnictví na Tišnovsku od středověku po současnost se zaměřením na 19. a počátek 20. století. Součástí práce je přiblížení změn v pivovarnictví během průmyslové revoluce. V návaznosti na změny v pivovarnictví porovnává vývoj malých lokálních pivovarů s velkými pivovary a hledá příčinu zániku malých pivovarů v okolí Tišnova. Kromě samotné historie se práce věnuje také didaktickému využití poznatků této práce ve výuce na regionálních školách. V závěru práce je zmíněno obnovení tišnovské tradice pivovarnictví v současnosti.

Abstract:

This work deals with history of brewing industry in region of Tišnov since middle ages to present with targeting to 19. and beginning of 20. century. Work includes introduction to changes of brewing industry during industrial revolution. Following the changes of brewing industry this work compares development of small local breweries with big breweries a seeks the cause of extinction of small breweries near Tišnov. In addition to history itself work deals with didactic use of its findings in education on local schools. In the end of the work is mentioned restoration of brewing tradition of Tišnov in present.
