Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá humanitárními a rozvojovými projekty, kterých ve světě výrazně přibývá. Těchto projektů přibývá jak co do počtu, tak co do objemu pomoci směřující do postižených oblastí. Proto se tato práce zabývá historickým vývojem těchto projektů, jak vypadá současná situace a také jak zlepšit další kroky. Z tohoto důvodu se práce zabývá také efektivitou přerozdělování těchto prostředků a navrhuje index, který by mohl pomoci s efektivitou a směřováním projektů. Tento typ racionalizace má podobu základního makroekonomického indexu, který zohledňuje různé proměnné tak, aby pomoc, která směřuje do postižených lokalit, byla co nejefektivnější. Dokument jako takový by měl navrhnout nový způsob uvažování o této problematice a pomoci při rozhodování v souvislosti s přerozdělováním pomoci postiženým lokalitám.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with humanitarian and development projects, which are greatly increasing in the world. These projects are increasing both in number and in the amount of aid going to affected areas. Therefore, this thesis looks at the historical development of these projects, what the current situation looks like and also how to improve the next steps. For this reason, the thesis also looks at the efficiency of the redistribution of these funds and proposes an index that could help with the efficiency and direction of the projects. This type of streamlining is in the form of a basic macroeconomic index that considers different variables so that the aid that goes to the affected localities is as effective as possible. As such, the paper should suggest a new way of thinking about the issue and help in decision making in the context of aid redistribution to affected localities.
