Abstract:

BĚHAN, Ondřej. Současné podnikatelské prostředí Vietnamu a možnosti rozšíření spolupráce s ČR. [Bakalářská práce] University College Prague – Vysoká škola mezinárodních vztahů a Vysoká škola hotelová a ekonomická s.r.o. Praha: 2024. 71 str. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného podnikatelského prostředí Vietnamu a identifikací možností pro rozšíření spolupráce mezi Českou republikou a Vietnamem. Cílem práce je prozkoumat klíčové faktory, které formují podnikatelské prostředí ve Vietnamu, a na základě těchto poznatků navrhnout opatření pro české podniky a instituce, jak mohou tyto informace využít pro efektivnější působení na vietnamském trhu. V rámci studie byla použita kombinace kvalitativních a kvantitativních metod, včetně analýzy PEST a SWOT a indexů Ease of Doing Business a Global Competitiveness Index. Výsledky ukazují, že přestože Vietnam nabízí řadu příležitostí pro zahraniční investory, existují významné výzvy spojené s byrokracií a politickou strukturou, které mohou ovlivnit podnikání v zemi. Tato práce dále identifikuje strategické kroky, které by mohly podpořit české firmy ve využívání vietnamského tržního potenciálu.

BĚHAN, Ondřej. Current Business Environment in Vietnam and Possibilities of Expanding Cooperation with the Czech Republic. [Bachelors Thesis] University College Prague – College of International Relations and Institute of Hospitality Management and Economics Ltd. Prague: 2024, 71 pp. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current business environment of Vietnam and the identification of opportunities for expanding cooperation between the Czech Republic and Vietnam. The aim of the thesis is to explore the key factors that shape the business environment in Vietnam and, based on these findings, to propose measures for Czech businesses and institutions to use this information to operate more effectively in the Vietnamese market. The study used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, including PEST and SWOT analysis, and the Ease of Doing Business and Global Competitiveness Indexes. The results show that while Vietnam offers many opportunities for foreign investors, there are significant challenges related to bureaucracy and political structure that can affect doing business in the country. This paper further identifies strategic steps that could support Czech firms in exploiting Vietnam's market potential.
