Methods and tools of controlling SMES in the stages of innovative cycle

Abstract:

Evropská unie věnuje zvýšenou pozornost vývoji kreativních a inovačních činností MSP vytvářejících kreativní prostředí v ČR a EU. Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá metodami a nástroji controllingu v etapách inovačního cyklu, které jsou ověřovány v kreativním a inovačním MSP. Reprezentantem kreativního odvětví byla vybrána příspěvková organizace Kultura Žďár a její kreativní složka Městské divadlo - významný uživatel inovace, které působí jako stagiona, z tohoto hlediska je více flexibilní a má možnost kooperovat svou činnost s podobnými organizacemi ČR a EU a tímto nabízet obyvatelům města a regionu rozšířené spektrum kulturních, kreativních a vzdělávacích akcí. Za takových podmínek pro účely managementu má byt zformovaný systém zvláštních metod a nástrojů, který dovolí realizovat cíle a stanovit priority, spojit účastníky kreativních akcí s využitím nejmodernějších technologií a inovací a zvýšit efektivitu MSP. K nim patří controlling. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy controllingu, vysvětluje zvláštnost řízení a úkolů managementu v kulturním a kreativním podniku v etapách inovačního cyklu, analyzuje obsah některých metod a nástrojů operativního a strategického controllingu, které budou implementované v praktické části. Cílem práce je implementace metod a nástrojů controllingu MSP v etapách inovačního cyklu v kulturním a kreativním prostředí. Na základě vypracovaných analýz jsou v závěru nabídnuty návrhy, které mohou být doporučeny kreativnímu a inovačnímu podniku ve sféře kultury.

Abstract:

The European Union pays particular attantion to the development of creative and innovative activities of SMES which generate a creative environment in the Czech Republic and the EU. This thesis deals with the methods and tools of the control process in the stages of innovation cycle, which are verified in a creative and innovative SMES. Representative of the creative industries was selected Zdar funded organization culture and its creative component of the Municipal Theatre - a major user innovations, which act as stages, from this point of view is more flexible and has the ability to cooperate its activities with similar organizations of the Czech Republic and the EU and by offering residents of the city and region extended range of cultural, creative and educational events. Under such circumstances, for the purpose of management is to be formed system of special methods and tools that will allow to realize the goals and set priorities to connect the participants creative activities using the latest technology and innovation and improve the efficiency of SMES. These include controlling. The theoretical part defines the concepts of controlling, explains the oddity management and task management in the cultural and creative enterprise in the stages of the innovation cycle, analyzes the content of some of the methods and tools of operational and strategic controlling, which will be implemented in the practical part. The aim is to implement methods and tools controlling SMES stages of the innovation cycle in the cultural and creative environment. On the basis of analyzes are compiled at the end offered suggestions that may be recommended by the creative and innovative enterprise in the sphere of culture.
