Desing and Realization of Universal Module for Voltage and Current Measurement

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací univerzálního přípravku pro měření napětí a proudu. V první části práce jsou uvedeny metody měření obvodových veličin a vlastnosti měřících senzorů od firmy LEM. Následuje blokové schéma vnitřních obvodů a návrh elektrického zapojení. Ve třetí části se zabývám praktickou realizací celého přípravku. Cílem celé práce je navrhnout přípravek s dvěma vstupy pro měření napětí až ?600 V a čtyřmi vstupy pro měření proudu až ?100 A. Výstupní signál je k dispozici s rozsahem ?10 V a 0-5V.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes the design and realization of the module for voltage and current measurements. In the first part are the methods of measurement of circuit parameters and properties of the measuring sensors from LEM. The following is a block diagram of the internal circuitry and design of electrical wiring. The third part deals with the practical realization of the entire product. The aim of this paper is to design a product with two inputs for measuring voltage up to ? 600 V and four inputs for current measurements up to ? 100 A. The output signal is available with a range of ? 10 V and 0-5 V.
