Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem jednotlivých technologických postupů při výrobě outdoorového nože se zaměřením na tepelné zpracování oceli N690. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na historii a vývoj světově nejznámějších nožů a chladných zbraní. Další body této velké kapitoly jsou věnovány popisu a rozdělení nožů, které volně přechází v samotný popis technologických operací při jejich výrobě. Aplikační část se zabývá praktickým popisem jednotlivých technologických operací a postupů při výrobě outdoorového nože, kde je věnována pozornost tepelnému zpracování čepelí a optimalizací podmínek při kalení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the description of individual technological processes in the production of outdoor knife with a focus on heat processing of N690 steel. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to the history and development of the world's most famous knives and cold weapons. Other points of the theoretical part are devoted to the description and classification of knives, which gradually passes into the description of technological operations in their production. The application part deals with the practical description of individual technological operations and processes in the production of outdoor knife, where more attention is paid to the heat treatment of blades and optimization of conditions during hardening.
