Prvá kapitola je .zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie obchodnej spoločnosti, čo pod týmto pojmom môžeme chápať, delenie obchodných spoločností, taktiež aj vznik, zrušenie a zánik obchodnej spoločnosti.
