My thesis is dealt with the cafés and their relationship with French intelligence. In the first part i try to show their impact on french culture and education in the past, present, and also to estimate their influence into the future. Mon travail traite des rapports entre les cafés et le savoir français. Dans la premi?re partie j´essaie de montrer son influence sur la culture et le savoir dans le passé, le présent et aussi d´estimer leur influence dans l´avenir.
