Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na plánování projektu. Cílem je vypracovat jednotlivé plány pro vybraný projekt a tím přispět ke zvýšení jeho úspěšnosti. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře se základními pojmy v projektovém managementu, zabývá se projektovou teorií a následně teoreticky popisuje jednotlivé druhy plánování. Praktická část pojednává o skutečně probíhajícím projektu a popisuje jeho cíle. Hlavním výstupem této části jsou navržené plány - časový harmonogram, plán rozsahu a zdrojů, náklady projektu, komunikační plán a v neposlední řadě i analýza rizik projektu. Závěr práce obsahuje hodnocení zvoleného projektu a návrh případných doporučení pro vedení společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on project planning. The aim is to develop individual plans for the selected project and thus contribute to increasing its success. The theoretical part acquaints the reader with the basic concepts in project management, deals with project theory and then theoretically describes the various types of planning. The practical part deals with the actual project and describes its objectives. The main output of this part are the proposed plans - time schedule, plan of scope and resources, project costs, communication plan and, last but not least, project risk analysis. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the selected project and a proposal of possible recommendations for the management of the company.
