The bachelor thesis is focused on creating a strategy plan and consequential measures for chosen business. A strategic analysis was performed in order to identify opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the business. Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaobírá tvorbou strategického plánu a z něj plynoucích opatření pro vybraný podnik. Za účelem identifikace příležitostí, hrozeb, silných a slabých stránek podniku byla provedena strategická analýza.
