Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o podnikatelském záměru založení společnosti s ručením omezeným na území města Brna. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, ve kterých se propojují teoretické a praktické poznatky zahrnující historii dámských klubů, základní definice, administrativní náležitosti, potřebné analýzy a další postupy k vytvoření obchodního závodu.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the Business Plan for establishing a limited liability company in the city of Brno. The work consists of two parts, which combine theoretical and practical knowledge, including the history of ladie's club, basic definitions, administrative requirements, the necessary analysis and procedures to create a business plant.
