Construction of a wooden building into an existing industrial building

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vestavbě bytových jednotek do prostoru nepoužívané výrobní haly. Hlavní část práce řeší dispozice bytů tak aby byly splněna všechna kritéria vyplívající z ČSN. Vedlejší část práce se věnuje dispozici s vnitřně umístěným schodištěm pro možnost přístavby dalšího patra. Výsledkem práce je určení jedné varianty ze tří možných řešení a ostatní úpravy spojené s plněním předepsaných hodnot součinitelů prostupů tepla.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with construction of flats into the unused industrial building. The main part of the thesis solves the layout of the flats in order to fulfill all the criteria of the ČSN. The secondary part of the work is devoted to an internally located staircase for the possibility of adding another floor. The result of this thesis is the determination of one option of the three possible solutions and other adjustments connected with the fulfillment of prescribed values of heat transfer coefficients.
