Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analyzovat platební podmínky v režimu Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží, dále rozbor konkrétních článků úmluvy týkajících se náležitostí platebních podmínek, jimiž jsou určení měny, místa a času platby. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the payment terms under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Purchase of Goods, the analysis of specific articles of the Vienna Convention on this issue as well as a description of the determination of currency, place and time of payment.
