Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je analýza IPO na Moskevské burze pro zvolené banky. V rámci první kapitoly byla provedena obecná charakteristika IPO z teoretického hlediska – historie vývoje, porozumění pojmu, implementační mechanismy, výhody a nevýhody a účinnost veřejné nabídky. Druha kapitola se zabyva stejnou problematikou, ale jíž se zaměřením na ruský trh, který má své podstatné odlišností a specifiku vývoje. V poslední kapitole praktické části této diplomové práce byla provedena analýza efektivity získávání kapitálu na příkladu zvolených ruských bank - Sankt Petersburg Bank a Moskovskij Kreditnij Bank.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is the analysis of IPOs on the Moscow Stock Exchange for selected banks. Within the first chapter, a general description of the IPO from a theoretical point of view - the history of development, understanding of the concept, implementation mechanisms, advantages and disadvantages and the effectiveness of the public offer. The second chapter deals with the same issues, but with a focus on the Russian market, which has its significant differences and specifics of development. The last chapter of the practical part of this diploma thesis, an analysis of the efficiency of raising capital was performed on the example of selected Russian banks - Bank St. Petersburg and Credit Bank of Moscow.
