Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fungováním softwarového modulu Bibliolinker, určeného pro doporučování dokumentů na základě podobnosti uživatelům portálu Knihovny.cz. Cílem je analyzovat metadata ve formátu MARC 21 ze zdrojů zapojených do portálu a na základě nabytých poznatků stanovit postup pro porovnávání bibliografických záznamů za účelem tvorby dvouúrovňových shluků.
