Creative process from the perspective of depth psychology.

Abstract:

Práce si klade za cíl postihnout vývoj hlubinněpsychologického uvažování o původu, funkci a procesualitě výtvarné tvořivosti. Psychodynamické teorie zkoumá ve dvou rovinách ? komparativní a historiografické. Na této platformě mapuje intervence předních hlubinněpsychologických koncepcí do tvůrčích a humanitních oborů v průběhu dvacátého století a uvádí jejich současné odborné reflexe. Kritickou analýzou dostupných textových materiálů text práce postupně exponuje širší prostor pro postihnutí obecněji pojatých zákonitostí strukturace výtvarného artefaktu a rozkrývání vnitřní dynamiky tvořivých činností. Se záměrem aktualizovat tento specifický proud psychologického uvažování je závěr práce orientován na navržení syntetických modelů tvůrčího procesu a jeho fázování. Potenciální aplikaci získaných poznatků sledujeme nejen v rámci aktuálního diskursu psychologie kreativity, ale také v teoretických základnách pedagogických a terapeutických oborů, pracujících s výtvarným médiem.

Abstract:

The study aims to discuss the development of depth-psychological thinking about the origin, function and process of artistic creativity. It examines the psychodynamic theories in two levels - comparative and historiographical. On this platform it maps the major depth-psychological interventions to creative arts and humanities during the twentieth century, and refers to their contemporary reflections. Through the critical analysis of available papers, this study gradually creates a widely exposed space conceived to capture the generall regularity of shaping the work of art and uncovering the internal dynamics of creative activities. Within the intention to update this specific psychological thinking is the conclusion focused on final synthesis of the findings and designing the models of the creative process and its phasing. We follow the potential application of the knowledge, not only within the current psychological discourse of creativity, but also in the theoretical bases of educational and therapeutic disciplines, working with the visual media.
