Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice monitoringu akutní pooperační bolesti po gynekologických a porodnických operacích. Teoretická část detailně popisuje základní informace o bolesti, včetně nejpoužívanějších škál pro hodnocení bolesti, následuje popis základních gynekologických a porodnických operací spojených s bolestí. Ve výzkumné části byl zjišťován vztah v hodnocení bolesti mezi třemi škálami (FPS R, NRS, VAS) a následně byly škály seřazeny podle preference 77 respondentek. Z šetření vyplývá, že mezi všemi škálami je velmi významný vztah. V případě preferencí škál se ukázala jako nejpreferovanější škála FPS R.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the monitoring of the acute post-operative pain after gynecological and obstetrical surgeries. The theoretical part describes the basic information about pain, including the most widely used scales for pain assessment, followed by a description of basic gynecological and obstetrical operations associated with pain. In the research part of the thesis, there was examined the connection in the evaluation of pain among the three scales (FPS - R, NRS, VAS) and there were ranked according to preference range of 77 respondents. The survey shows that among all the scales there is a very close connection. The scale FPS - R appeared to be preffered the most.
