Abstract:
Práce se zabývá novou právní úpravou správního trestání na úseku vodního hospodářství. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým základům správního trestání. V úvodu práce pojednává o vývoji vodního práva v České republice. V další části jsou popsány přestupky v platném vodním zákoně a jsou uvedena specifika, která se objevují v ustanoveních vodního zákona a zákona o vodovodech a kanalizacích. Na závěr …more
