Abstract:

Měnící se podmínky na trhu a rostoucí konkurence nutí zejména výrobní firmy k větší spolupráci v rámci dodavatelského řetězce. Technologické inovace umožňují výrobním firmám výrazně zvýšit jejich integraci, konkurenceschopnost i ziskovost. Průmysl 4.0. i Průmysl 5.0. umožňuje integraci moderních inovačních informačních technologií s průmyslovými technologiemi. Zavedení Průmyslu 4.0. zahrnuje mnoho složitých technologií, které s sebou nesou výzvy pro mnoho organizací výrobních firem. Předchozí výzkumy naznačují, že konvenční výrobu bude možná nutné přizpůsobit Průmyslu 4.0. a navazující koncepci Průmysl 5.0. Tato diplomová práce identifikuje a hodnotí potenciální výzvy spojené s přijetím Průmyslu 4.0 pro výrobce dodavatelských komponent v automobilovém průmyslu a analyzuje, jak je třeba upravit procesy ve výrobě, aby bylo možné úspěšně implementovat Průmysl 4.0. Cílem této diplomové práce je přispět k úspěšnému přijetí Průmyslu 4.0. ve výrobním procesu, a tím přispět k technologickému pokroku a rozvoji výrobních firem v rámci prezentovaných případových studií. Je též nutné zdůraznit význam kvality na řízení výrobních firem i na lidské zdroje v prostředí těchto výrobních firem. V diplomové práci je provedena vícenásobná případová studie a kvalitativní data jsou získávána prostřednictvím rozhovorů od vybraných výrobních firem. Problémy, které většina vybraných výrobních firem identifikovala, zahrnují standardizaci, podpora vedení a managementu z hlediska kvality lidských zdrojů, dovednosti a náklady spojené s implementací konceptu Průmysl 4.0. Většina výrobních firem se potýká s problémy v oblasti dat a kompatibility. Štíhlý management byl označen za nezbytný předpoklad pro přijetí Průmyslu 4.0. u některých výrobních firem. Bylo též zjištěno, že koncept Průmysl 4.0. nevyžaduje zásadní změny oproti běžným výrobním postupům v rámci automobilového segmentu.

Abstract:

Changing market conditions and increasing competition are forcing manufacturing firms in particular to cooperate more in the supply chain. Technological innovations enable manufacturing firms to significantly increase their integration, competitiveness and profitability. Both Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 enable the integration of modern innovative information technologies with industrial technologies. The introduction of Industry 4.0. involves many complex technologies that bring with them challenges for many manufacturing company organizations. Previous research suggests that conventional manufacturing may need to be adapted to Industry 4.0 and the downstream concept of Industry 5.0. This thesis identifies and analyses the potential challenges associated with the adoption of Industry 4.0 for automotive component supplier manufacturers and analyses how manufacturing processes need to be adapted to successfully implement Industry 4.0. The aim of this thesis is to contribute to the successful adoption of Industry 4.0 in the manufacturing process and thus contribute to the technological advancement and development of the manufacturing companies within the presented case studies. It is also necessary to emphasize the importance of quality on the management of manufacturing firms and on the human resources in the environment of these manufacturing firms. In this thesis, a multiple case study is conducted and qualitative data is collected through interviews from selected manufacturing firms. The issues identified by most of the selected manufacturing firms include standardisation, leadership and management support in terms of quality of human resources, skills and costs associated with implementing the Industry 4.0 concept. Most of the manufacturing companies are facing problems in the area of data and compatibility. Lean management has been identified as a prerequisite for the adoption of Industry 4.0 in some manufacturing firms. It was also found that the Industry 4.0. concept does not require major changes compared to conventional manufacturing practices within the automotive segment.
