The financing of regional development by ROP NUTS II North-east

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce s názvem "Financování regionálního rozvoje prostřednictvím ROP NUTS II Severovýchod" je sestavena ze tří kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na vymezení podstaty regionální politiky, evropských fondů a regionálního operačního programu ROP NUTS II Severovýchod. Druhá kapitola vymezuje územní jednotky regionální politiky v České republice a zkoumaný region soudržnosti Severovýchod. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na čerpané finanční zdroje z ROP NUTS II Severovýchod a vyhodnocení dopadů čerpání. Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit čerpání finančních zdrojů operačního programu ROP NUTS II Severovýchod a dopady jejich čerpání do regionálního rozvoje, za tímto účelem analyzovat podpořené projekty z hlediska zvýšení atraktivity území pro obyvatel (z hlediska ekonomického i sociálního). Podstatou praktické části je analýza čerpaných finančních zdrojů z hlediska prioritních os, jednotlivých let programovacího období, výše čerpaných finančních zdrojů ve schválených projektech a vyhodnocení dopadů čerpání v jednotlivých krajích regionu soudržnosti Severovýchod.

Abstract:

This graduation theses with a entitled "The financing of regional development by the ROP NUTS II North-east is composed of three chapters". The first chapter focuses on defining the elements of regional policy, European Funds and Regional Operation Programme NUTS II North-east. The second chapter defines the territorial units of regional policy in the Czech Republic examined the North-east region of koherence. The third chapter focuses on the financial resources of the NUTS II North-east and evaluate their impact. The thesis aims to evaluate the drawn of financial resources by operational program NUTS II North-east and the effects of their use to regional development, for the purpose of this analysis supported projects in terms of increasing the attractiveness of the territory for the people (in terms of economic and social). The essence of the practical analysis is drawn in terms of financial resources, priority axes, each year programming period, the amount of funds drawn in approved projects and assess the impacts of drawing in different regions of the North-east region of coherence.
