Abstract:

Diplomová práce je tematicky zaměřena na aktuální téma - problematice ztráty zraku u lidí v dospělém věku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části vymezuji na základě poznatků z odborné literatury pojmy nevidomí, slabozrací, kompenzační pomůcky, koordinovaná rehabilitace. Sociální služby pro nevidomé a slabozraké jejich legislativní vymezení. Pro empirickou část diplomové práce byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná metoda, a to polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Získaná data byla dále analyzována a zpracována. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se lidé, kteří oslepli, či se potýkají, se ztrátou zraku v dospělém věku dozví o možných formách pomoci. Kdo jim podá informace kde a na koho se mohou obrátit, na co mají nárok, o jakou kompenzační pomůcku požádat.

Abstract:

The thesis is thematically focused on a current topic - vision loss of people developed in adulthood. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part, based on knowledge from the professional literature, I define the concepts of blindness, vision impairment, compensatory aids, coordinated rehabilitation. Social services for the blind and purblind and their legislative definition. For the empirical part of the thesis, a qualitative research method was chosen, namely a semi-structured interview. The obtained data were further analyzed and processed. The aim of the thesis is to find out how people who have gone blind or are struggling with vision loss developed in adulthood learn about possible forms of help. Who will give them information on where and whom they can turn to, what they are entitled to, what compensation aid to apply for.
