Use of allogenic acellular dermis for reconstructuion full thickness burns
Abstract:
Výsledky kompozitní transplantace kůže patří k nejlepším, jak po stránce výsledného kosmetického vzhledu, tak po stránce funkční. Aplikace kožní náhrady zvyšuje pravděpodobnost přežití kriticky popálených pacientů. Díky použití tenkých DE štěpů dochází k rychlejšímu zhojení odběrových ploch, a tím urychlení opakovaných odběrů transplantátů již z použitého místa.
Abstract:
The results of composite skin transplantation belong to the best ones regarding not only the final cosmetic appearance as well as the functionality. The application of skin substitutes increases the survival rate of critically burned patients. Thanks to the use of thin DE grafts, a rapid healing of sampling areas has been noticed thus enabling us to repeat sampling of transplants from the same area …more
