Abstract:

Předložená práce na téma "Plánování projektu zaměřeného na implementaci informačního systému" se zabývá problematikou plánování projektů. Cílem práce je vytvořit plán konkrétního projektu. Teoretická část práce je popisem terminologie projektového managementu, přístupů k projektovému řízení a projektových plánů. Praktická část začíná představením společnosti AIMTEC a.s. Následně jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky projektového managementu na jejím projektu implementace WMS systému. Je definován cíl projektu a z něho odvíjející se dílčí projektové plány. Tato část je poté zakončena hodnocením projektu s vhodnými doporučeními.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis on theme "Planning a project focused on implementation of an information system" is focused on project planning. The aim of this thesis is to plan a specific project. The theoretical part describes the terminology of project management, approaches to project management and the terminology of project plans. The practical part begins with the introduction of AIMTEC a.s. Then the theoretical knowledge of project management is applied on the implementation of WMS system AIMTEC's own project. After defining the project's objective relevant project plans are created. This section is then concluded with a project evaluation and with convenient recommendations.
