Abstract:

Chcete-li mít úspěšný podnik, podnikové procesy a jeho postavení na trhu musí být pravidelně předmětem podrobné analýzy. Vzhledem k tomu, že je finanční analýza nejdůležitějším nástrojem pro jasné a dostatečné zhodnocení stavu podniku, tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na identifikaci pozitivních a negativních trendů, na jejichž základě můžeme nalézt způsoby, jak zlepšit finanční pozici a výkonnost společnosti. Práce bude zahrnovat všechny finanční parametry a ukazatele Kofola Československo a.s., jejich změny v čase a vztahů mezi nimi, aby bylo možné určit míru úspěchu, příležitostí a rizik. Za tímto účelem, různé faktory, které objektivně měří likviditu finančních prostředků, míru zadlužení, ziskovost společnosti, solventnost a důvěryhodnost budou analyzovány. Vertikální a horizontální analýza, poměrová analýza, bankrotní a bonita modely budou jádrem vyšetřování této práce, na jehož základě bude Kofola Československo a.s. realisticky posouzena. Na základě získaných výsledků budou uvedeny možné důvody pro růsty a poklesy v Kofola Československo a.s.. Jak se Kofola Československo a.s. podařilo zůstat na trhu přes obrovskou konkurenci, jaké jsou její nedostatky vůči konkurenci a zda je zde možnost dostat se na jejich úroveň, bude uvedeno na konci mé bakalářské práce, na základě analytických výsledků, současných tržních podmínek a rozhodování spotřebitelů.

Abstract:

To be a successful company, its processes, its status and its place on the market has to be subject of regular and detailed analysis. As the financial analysis is the most important tool for clear and sufficient evaluation of a company’ status, this bachelor thesis is geared to identify the positive and negative trends, based on which ways to improve the financial position and performance of the company will be found. The thesis will cover all financial parameters and indicators of Kofola CeskoSlovensko a.s., their changes over time and relationship between them, so as to determine the degree of achievements, the opportunities and the risks. The aim of my thesis is to analyze and determine the financial condition of the chosen company. The main goal is to conduct thorough analysis of financial solvency and establish the factors influencing it and how they can be developed. For better understanding and evaluating, the Kofola CeskoSlovensko a.s.’ performance, comparing with its biggest competitor will be performed. Thus, its overall performance and position on the market can be stated. For this purpose, different factors that objectively measure the liquidity of financial resources, the level of indebtedness, a company’ profitability, solvency and creditworthiness are going to be analyzed. Vertical and horizontal analysis, ratio analysis, bankruptcy and creditworthiness models will be the core of my investigation, due to which a realistic assessment of Kofola CeskoSlovensko a.s. can be made. Based on the gained results, possible reasons for the growths and declines of Kofola CeskoSlovensko a.s. will be stated. How Kofola CeskoSlovensko a.s. has managed to stay on the market even though the enormous competition, what not reached to get to their level and is there a possibility to do so, will be stated in the end of my bachelor thesis, based on the analytical results, current market conditions and consumer choices.
