Práce se zabývá analýzou a současným stavem produkčních faktorů obchodního týmu. Popisuje vliv jednotlivých faktorů na jeho výkonnost, poukazuje na nedostatky jednotlivých členů obchodního týmu, ale především na nedostatky vedení ze strany manažera a přímého vlivu neodpovídajícího prvku vedení a stimulace na výsledky skupiny jako celku. The thesis analyzes the current status and factors of production sales team. Describes the effect of various factors on its performance, shows the weaknesses of individual members of the business team, but also the shortcomings of leadership from the manager and the direct impact of inadequate leadership and stimulating element to the results of the group as a whole.
