V průběhu neurodiferenciace se pluripotentní buňky diferencují do nervových buněk. Tento proces zahrnuje změnu exprese velkého množství genů a lze jej napodobit v podmínkách in vitro za použití vhodných médií, růstových faktorů a nízkomolekulárních inhibitorů. During neural differentiation, pluripotent cells differentiate into neural cells. This process includes change in expression of large number of genes and it is possible to simulate it under in vitro conditions with the use of suitable mediums, growth factors and small molecule inhibitors.
