Ve své práci jsem se věnovala vlivu vybraných vnějších podmínek na klíčení semen. Byl sledován vliv reziduí herbicidů v posklizňových zbytcích na klíčivost. Pokus byl proveden v laboratorních podmínkách a bylo použito semen tří druhů rostlin, svízele přítuly (Galium aparine), rozrazil břečťanolistý (Veronica hederifolia) a salátu setého (Lactuca sativa). In my thesis I was focused on the influence of external conditions on seed germina-tion. The effect of herbicide residues in post-harvest residues on germination was stud-ied. The experiment was carried out under laboratory conditions using the seeds of three plant species, bedstraw (Galium aparine), ivy speedwell (Veronica hederifolia) and lettuce (Lactuca sativa).
