Anotace práce: Cílem této práce je stanovit míru vlivu opotřebení staveb na hodnotu majetku. Teoretická část se zabývá charakterizováním opotřebení nemovitosti, jak vzniká, zda lze během životnosti nemovitosti toto opotřebení ovlivnit a v neposlední řadě, jak to vše ovlivňuje výsledné stanovení hodnoty nemovitosti.
