Agencies of the European Union as Implementors of the EU Administrative Law

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem agentur Evropské unie. Zaměřuje se zejména na jejich vznik, vývoj a právní základ. Dále se práce zaměřuje na současnou situaci agentur, jednotlivé pohledy na jejich členění, jejich fungování, pravomoci, organizační strukturu a možnosti kontroly agentur, zejména skupiny decentralizovaných agentur Evropské unie. Podrobněji se práce zaměřuje na vybrané agentury ze stejné oblasti působnosti. Práce analyzuje jak obecná východiska agentur, tak jejich hodnocení a možné budoucí směřování.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the phenomenon of agencies of the European union. It analyzes their establishment, development and legal basis. Moreover the thesis analyzes the present status of agencies, different view on their categorisation and their functioning, powers, organisational structure and controling mechanism of agencies, mainly of the category of decetralised agencies. The thesis closely examines chosen agencies that deal with the same area of policy, The thesis analyses the problematic of EU agencies, but also their evaluation and future.
