Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je podat ucelený výklad, týkající se problematiky odpovědnosti zaměstnavatele za škodu způsobenou zaměstnanci, vyplývající ze zákoníku práce, zákona č. 262/2006 Sb. a souvisejících právních předpisů. Základem práce bude hlubší rozpracování odpovědnosti zaměstnavatele za škodu při pracovních úrazech. V aplikační části práce se budu věnovat kontrolní činnosti prováděné orgány …more
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is to give a comprehensive interpretation related to the problem of employer´s liability for damage caused to employee resulting from the Labour Code, Act No. 262/2006 Coll. and related legislation.
