Banking ragulation after the financial crisis

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku Bankovní unie v EU a její pilíře a analýzu, která by měla pomocí případových studií řešení problémů bankovního sektoru zesílených v období finanční krize v Itálii a Španělsku ukázat přednosti a nevýhody zaváděného způsobu regulace. Hlavním cílem této práce je hlubší analýza řešení finanční krize v Itálii a Španělsku pomocí principů „bail - in“ a „bail – out“. Závěr práce je věnován možným návrhům na dokončení Bankovní unie a zkušenostem členských států s Bankovní unií.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the characteristics of the Banking Union in the EU and its pillars and analysis, which should use case studies of solving problems of the banking sector intensified during the financial crisis in Italy and Spain to show the advantages and disadvantages of the introduced method of regulation. The main aim of this work is a deeper analysis of the solution of the financial crisis in Italy and Spain using the principles of "bail - in" and "bail - out". The conclusion is devoted to possible proposals for the completion of the Banking Union and the experience of Member States with the Banking Union.
