Abstract:
Kontraktační proces podléhá v poslední době výrazným změnám. Tato práce se snaží nalézt jednotlivé síly formující úpravu postupu uzavírání smluv. To nejen z budoucích změn ale hlavně z průběhu kontraktace v čase. Zabývá se též proměnami vlastního kontraktačního procesu, které mají pokračující charakter. Contractual process is subject to recent major changes. This thesis tries to find the basic forces, which are shaping the regulation of the procedure of concluding contracts. That is analyzed not only from the future changes, but from the changes in contractation throughout the time.
