Attitude of Current Women in Labour to Analgesia in Obstetrics

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Postoj současných rodiček k analgezii v porodnictví je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je složena ze čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola popisuje bolest, jako takovou, dále porodní bolest a hodnocení porodní bolesti. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na porodnické analgezie a na jejich historický vývoj. Třetí kapitola se věnuje nefarmakologickým metodám porodnické analgezie a v poslední kapitole jsou popsány farmakologické metody porodnické analgezie. Praktická část je zaměřena na výsledky výzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno pomocí dotazníků. Cílem výzkumného šetření je porovnat, jak se odlišují plány farmakologické a nefarmakologické léčby od reálného využití metod porodnických analgezií. Dále zjistit spokojenost žen s analgezií, která jim byla podána a zjistit, kde ženy získávají informace o porodnických analgeziích. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou shrnuty do tabulek, grafů a jsou popsány doprovodným komentářem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis titled Attitude of Current Women in Labour to Analgesia in Obstetrics is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is composed of four main chapters. The first chapter describes such a pain and further childbirth pain and its evaluation. The second chapter is focused on obstetric analgesics and their historical evolution. The third chapter deals with non-pharmacological methods of obstetric analgesia and the last chapter describes pharmacological methods of obstetric analgesia. The practical part is focused on results of a research investigation that was performed using questionnaires. The goal of the research investigation is to compare how the plans of the pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy differ from the real use of obstetric analgesia methods. The next goal is to determine woman satisfaction with analgesia, which was administered and to find out where women get information about obstetric analgesics. Results of the survey are summarized to tables, graphs and described with the accompanying comment.
