Abstract:

Předmětem výzkumu je fenomén improvizace, jak jej zažívají profesionálové z oblasti tance a psychoterapie orientované na tělo. Jedná se o fenomenologickou heuristickou studii, vypracovanou v souladu s metodologií systematicky popsanou Moustakasem (1990). Při heuristickém zkoumání přebírá výzkumník ústřední roli ve fenomenologickém sebereflexivním hledání a současně ztělesňuje roli výzkumníka a participanta. Tyto role jsou dále umocněny další rolí tělesně orientované psychoterapeutky a tanečnice, kterou autorka práce přirozeně zastává ve svém profesním i osobním životě. Navrhovaná epistemologie je založena na důvěře v tělesnou moudrost kladoucí důraz na sebereflexi a neverbální data získaná z pohybujícího se těla.

Abstract:

The research centers on the phenomenon of improvisation as experienced by trained professionals from the field of dance and body-oriented psychotherapy. It is a phenomenological heuristic study, developed in accordance with the methodology systematically described by Moustakas (1990). In heuristic inquiry, the researcher assumes a central role in the phenomenological self-reflective quest, simultaneously embodying the roles of researcher and participant. These roles are further enhanced by the additional role of body-oriented psychotherapist and dancer, which the author of the work naturally assumes in her professional and personal life. The proposed epistemology is one of trust in the bodily wisdom putting emphasis on self-reflection and nonverbal data derived from the moving body.
