Abstract:

Svobodová, Z. Chování spotřebitele na trhu s řezanými květinami. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu chování spotřebitelů na trhu s řezanými květinami v České republice. Cílem je porozumět a identifikovat klíčové faktory které ovlivňují nákupní rozhodnutí spotřebitelů v této specifické oblasti. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny klíčové koncepty a teorie týkající se spotřebitelského chování, s důrazem na faktory ovlivňující nákupní rozhodnutí v oblasti květinářství. Analýza výsledků ukazuje, že spotřebitelé projevují různorodé preference ohledně druhů květin, cenové dostupnosti a místa pořízení. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření naznačují, že faktory jako kvalita květin a cena hrají klíčovou roli při formování preferencí a nákupních rozhodnutí spotřebitelů. Na základě těchto zjištění bude vytvořeno doporučení pro komunikační kampaň pro subjekty působící na tomto trhu.

This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing consumer behavior in the market of cut flowers in the Czech Republic. The aim is to understand and identify the key factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions in this specific area. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces key concepts and theories related to consumer behavior, with an emphasis on factors affecting purchasing decisions in the floristry industry. The analysis of the results indicates that consumers exhibit diverse preferences regarding types of flowers, price affordability, and purchasing locations. The results of the questionnaire survey indicate that factors such as flower quality and price play a key role in shaping consumer preferences and purchasing decisions. Based on these findings, recommendations will be developed for a communication campaign for entities operating in this market.
