Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou plochonoží. V úvodní části je popsána anatomie a kineziologie nohy, klenba nožní, kineziologie chůze a běhu, dále definice, etiologie, klinické projevy a diagnostika ploché nohy. Druhá část se zabývá komplexní léčebnou rehabilitací tohoto problému. Zahrnuje popis speciálních fyzioterapeutických metod, fyzikální léčbu, kinesiotaping, vhodnou obuv a operační řešení. Kazuistika popisuje vyšetření pacientky s plochonožím, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a na závěr provedení léčebné rehabilitace plochonoží v praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with flat feet problems. The opening part describes the anatomy and kinesiology of foot, the foot arch, kinesiology of walking and running, furthermore the definition, the etiology, the clinical manifestations and the diagnosis of flat foot. The second part is focused on complex rehabilitation of this issue. It involves special techniques of physiotherapy, physical therapy, kinesiotaping, appropriate footwear and surgical solution. Casuistry describes the examination of a female patient with flat feet, a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and performing the rehabilitation in practice.
