Abstract:
Diplomová práce mapuje základní principy evropské regulace finančního sektoru z pohledu bankovnictví – BASELL III a pojišťovnictví – SOLVENCY II. Popisuje vývoj i dopad obou regulačních nástrojů na finanční trh Evropy i České republiky a rozebírá cíle a dopady na bankovnictví i pojišťovnictví. Součástí je i porovnání shodných rysů obou regulačních nástrojů.
Abstract:
This thesis describes fundamental principles of European financial regulation from the perspective of banking - BASELL III and Insurance - Solvency II Directive. It describes the evolution and impact of the two regulatory instruments on the financial market in Europe and Czech Republic and discusses the objectives and effects of the banking and insurance sectors.
