Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřená na problematiku racionalizace montážní linky. Mezi hlavní témata práce patří časové a prostorové analýzy a jejich vyhodnocení. Cílem je navržení takových úprav na jednotlivých pracovištích, které povedou k vyšší efektivitě a tím i vyšší produktivitě montážní linky. Abstract:
Diploma sheet deals with the rationalization of the assembly line while respecting the principles of lean manufacturing. The main themes of this project are time analysis and space analysis and their evaluation. The main goal is to suggest adjustments at individual workplaces, which leads to better efficiency and therefore higher productivity of the assembly line.
