Job placement of pupils with special educational needs in the employment market.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem pracovního uplatnění žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami na trhu práce. Jejím hlavním cílem je analyzovat názory žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a jejich pedagogů na profesní přípravu a jejich budoucí pracovní život. Práce je zaměřená na žáky s mentálním postižením. Dílčími cíli této práce je zmonitorování procesu profesní přípravy u žáků s mentálním postižením na středních odborných školách Jihomoravského kraje a ověření reálnosti jejich představ o jejich budoucím povolání. Dalším dílčím cílem je také zmapovat názory pedagogů středních odborných škol Jihomoravského kraje na úspěch a případnou problematiku profesní přípravy. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním hlavních pojmů, uvedením do problematiky předprofesní a profesní přípravy a možnostmi uplatnění se jedinců se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. V praktické části jsou uvedeny cíle, metody a závěry výzkumu. Výzkum byl prováděn v první řadě dotazníkovou metodou. Pro doplnění získaných informací byly v rámci výzkumného šetření uskutečněny i polostrukturované rozhovory.

Abstract:

This master thesis discusses the employment of pupils with special educational needs at the job market. Its main goal is to analyze the opinions of these pupils and their teachers on their professional education and future job career. The work focuses on mentally handicapped pupils. Partial goals of this thesis are to monitor the process of professional education of mentally handicapped pupils at secondary technical schools in the South Moravian region and to verify the plausibility of their future job visions. Another partial goal is to monitor the opinions of teachers at secondary technical schools in the South Moravian region on the success of professional education and its possible problems. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the main concepts, with the introduction into the problematic of pre-professional and professional education and with the possibilities for handicapped individuals to find employment at the job market. The practical part describes the goals, methods and results of the research. The research was carried out mainly via questionnaires. In order to complete the gained information, semi-structured interviews were implemented as well.
