Tato diplomová práce se zabývá veřejnými strážemi s důslednějším zaměřením na stráž přírody. Úvod práce je věnován historii stráží na našem území. Hlavní část je zaměřená na současnou právní úpravu. This Diploma Thesis deals with public guards with the main focus on nature guards. The introduction focuses on the historical development of guards in our area. The main part concentrates on the laws and present legal regulations. It concentrates on the position, stipulation, competencies and duties of the public guards.
