Delegated Competence of Territorial Self-Government
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o přenesené působnosti územní samosprávy a jejich následná konfrontace s fungováním přenesené působnosti v praxi obecních a krajských úřadů. Vedle hlavního cíle je v práci kladen důraz také na analýzu základních prvků územní samosprávy, jejího vztahu ke státu a na hodnocení fungování územní samosprávy v kontextu celé veřejné správy.
Abstract:
The main objective of the thesis is the summary of theoretical findings about delegated competence of territorial self-government and their subsequent comparison with the delegated competence practice in municipal and regional authorities.
